About Me

Hello and welcome!  I’m Stephanie, the Steph behind Steph Loves Pets, and animals have been my passion for a long time. 

The first dog I truly fell in love with was our family dog, Jimmy (aliases James, Jimothy, Goober, Jimmy Dog, Jim).  We actually did not get along at first.  He was a rambunctious puppy and I was a tired student home from college who just wanted sleep and silence.  But that wet nose and goofy face grew on me so quickly.  He was beyond beloved by me and our whole family.  He taught me how deeply a human can love an animal. 

Because of my love for Jimmy, I know how much people love and care about their pets.  Leaving your fluffy friend, even just for the day, is hard!  That’s why I strive to care for and love the pets in my care the way their owners do. 

I’ve been dog walking and pet sitting for years now as a side hustle.  It’s been so fun and fulfilling that it’s now my FULL TIME hustle!
