Cancellation Policy

Life happens and things change, so I understand you may have times when you need to cancel a visit. You have up until 2 days prior to cancel, but this applies only to visits (NOT overnights). If you need to cancel after that, you will still be charged for the visit because unfortunately I won't likely have time to re-book that spot. For overnight stays, your 20% deposit holds your spot and is non-refundable. You can however still cancel up until a week beforehand. If you have to cancel after that, you will still be charged for the stay because unfortunately I won't have time to re-book that spot. Thanks for your understanding!
